Even on a rainy Friday, there is a vibrancy (and sweet aroma too!) that seeps from the tents that line Union Square for Farmer’s Market. Fresh baked breads and scones; plump, juicy fruits; meats; apple cider, even–all of these represent food in its best form: grown from hard working people who appreciate the beauty of caring for their produce themselves.
